    Tone Calves With One Killer Move





    In this series of videos, Coach Nicole demonstrates some of her favorite exercises--ones that she actually uses to stay in shape. This exercise adds a twist to traditional calf raises (also called heel raises) by adding a hop at the end to increase challenge.
