Whenever I go to the gym, it’s a scene of chaos and mayhem. People are grunting loudly while lifting, plates clanging here and there, sweat dripping on the machine etc. Amid this chaos, I also see people getting it all wrong. They do the wrong exercises, use incorrect techniques and do not follow gym etiquettes. So, let me highlight a few mistakes people do, in no particular order, while at the gym and probably, you will identify them in future to gain maximum benefit while you are at it.
