    • The best and simple remedy is to brush your teeth after every meal.
    • Add a tablespoon each of sugar and salt and a lemon juice to a glass of water. Drink it very often.

    • Tea prepared from fenugreek leaves is very beneficial in treating bad breath. It helps you to get rid of it.
    • Parsley is another good neutralizer. Leaves of parsley are a good source of chlorophyll. Chew some parsley leaves. It is another good remedy for bad breath.
    • Brush your tongue whenever you brush your teeth.
    • Drink plenty of water.
    • Add half a lemon juice to a glass of water and rinse with this solution before going to bed.
