    Natural Ways To Look Younger

If the first thing you think every morning when you look in the mirror is "I look old," that's no way to look and feel your absolute best. Instead, consider these rules your new natural skin care regimen. There are plenty of things you can do to naturally look younger, without undergoing plastic surgery or injecting Botox into your face. These tiny changes can make you feel fantastic about yourself again. Here are a few ideas for how to look younger - and therefore, feel younger too.

    1) Brighten
Brighten up your complexion by exfoliating regularly. Face scrubs with exfoliating beads or sugar help slough off dead skin cells, allowing the younger, fresher cells to shine.

    2) Whiten
Nothing makes your grin look greater than sparkling white chompers. Similarly, yellowing or stained teeth can make a perfectly youthful face look older. Whether you choose to undergo a whitening treatment at your dentist's office or prefer to do your whitening at home, brightening that healthy smile can give you a younger appearance.

    3) Gulp
The easiest method of achieving younger looking skin is to drink lots of water. Unlike sodas and coffees, which are packed with sugar and caffeine, water keeps both your body and skin hydrated, in addition to flushing toxins out of your body. Keeping yourself hydrated allows you to maintain firm skin, thanks to healthy skin cells.

    4) Glisten
The truth is your body does need a little bit of sunlight - that's where your body gets the majority of its Vitamin D, which can help make you feel younger. Slather on some sunscreen - at least SPF 15, but go higher if you plan to be outside for an extended period of time - and go outside and have some fun. It's good for you!

    5) Rest
Get your Zzz's! Not only is your skin brighter and less puffy when you get the proper amount of sleep, your skin also has the opportunity to heal itself while you rest. That means cells can regenerate and produce collagen, giving your skin more elasticity.

    6) Run
Exercise regularly. Whether that means running, taking dance classes or participating in a yoga program, get your heart pumping a few times a week to improve your circulation. Your skin will glow when cells can get more oxygen.

    7) Select
Be selective with what you put on your face - organic beauty products are less likely to cause irritation, since they contain only ingredients that are found in nature and never utilize chemicals or detergents.

    8) Slather
Use an anti aging moisturizer on your face and neck both morning and night to keep skin soft, firm and wrinkle-free. In addition, apply an anti wrinkle eye cream before you go to sleep to keep puffiness at bay.
