Nature is best thing in this world and fresh air is very good for every human being and it refreshes mind body and soul as well. Morning walk gives good health and happiness. They keep away from sickness and purify the blood. Morning temperature is so calm and gives relax to mind. Morning walk is the most important and safest exercise for every age group. This exercise is considered to be the best exercise which allows to get rid of gastric blockages and decline blood sugar levels, beneficial for diabetics. Morning walk is also good for decrease body weight and also provides flexibility.

Butt is considered as reduce the calorie and also maintain to lose calorie, then people reduce more weight from their body and butt as well.
