We've all been there: It's 7:30 p.m. after a long day of work, and you're standing in the gym. You want to go over to the free weights and try a few things, but there are two problems. First, you're not exactly sure what to do besides a basic bicep curl, nevertheless how many reps to complete. Second, that Hulk Hogan wannabe is giving you his best snarl from 30 feet away, making it intimidating as all hell to go within arms reach of his workout bench.
