1. MAKE EXERCISE A HABIT
It’s hard to stick to any sort of exercise routine if you don’t make it a habit. It’s all too easy to have an extra hour in bed or to drive straight home from work to miss the traffic, if you don’t have the compulsion to reach your fitness goals. It’s also easy to justify your actions afterwards saying you “don’t have time”. The only solution is to make exercise automatic. Make it part of your daily routine to hit the gym before work in the morning, or during your lunch hour. If this isn’t possible go straight after work with some of your colleagues so you can motivate each other. No matter how much time you have available you can still get in a workout. A 30-minute HIIT workout will help you burn fat, speed up your metabolism and release a huge wave of mood-boosting endorphins – and you can still get back to the office in time!
