    6 Moves for a 6 Pack




    We may be stuck in the dark, deep, cold months of winter right now, but that doesn’t mean you should stop thinking about (and working toward) your bathing suit body! Maybe this summer you want to flaunt that six-pack you’ve always dreamed of. It’s going to take some time, but this workout can help get you there, with no equipment needed! Simply watch the video above and do this workout side by side Skinny Mom founder and CEO Brooke Griffin for amazing results. If you’d like a rundown of the moves before you begin, we’ll be doing: 60 seconds of the modified V-up; 60 seconds of mountain climbers; 60 seconds of ankle taps; 60 seconds of tabletop switch kicks; 60 seconds of tabletop stability pose; and 60 seconds of the forearm plank.
